I miss smoking. I really do.

I shouldn't. Because smoking is B-A-D, bad for you. But I do.

I went to a Writers Group meeting at the library tonight. Yea, the library! I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I know I want to go back, but it's scary. I feel inadequate of course. I know I'm better then one of the people who read tonight. You know when you have to suffer through something painful and be polite about it? Like that. I don't know how good I am, but I am good, and I know I'm better than that person. I feel hateful saying that, but it's true. I feel better about myself watching someone else struggle. That shouldn't be so, but it is.

A nasty little bit of my personality on which I need to work. I should feel good about myself on my own merit. Not measure myself by others.

Fetched home two books, yes BOOKS for Dragon Baby. The Killer Angels and Gods and Generals, for Dragon Baby is muchly into the Civil War.
