Back to those minus zero temperatures. It warmed up for all of one day, it rained and was over 30 degrees just long enough to make everything melty but not GONE, and then the temp dropped and all the melty snow turned to inches thick ice sheets.

I used half a bag of salt, half a bag! on the short sidewalk on the west side of the house. That's so the postal carrier could get to my mailbox safely. So I don't get anymore snippy pink stickers on my mail. You have a government salary, buy some fucking ice cleats. That half a bag of salt was all I had left, the ex-husband had given it to me. Now I don't have any for the south sidewalk or for my piece of the driveway. Where I have to walk daily.

But I'm not BITTER!

I wish I could afford an espresso machine. NOT an Sbux machine either. I'm not buying something I've seen brought back dozens of times.

I used to have cold medicine that would knock me right out. It was used up. I'm tired and I want to sleep but my brain won't let me, last night it had me tossing and turning and worrying and I got a whole two hours of sleep before I had to get up today at 3:30 am. What am I worrying about? NOTHING. Stupid stuff that I don't need to worry about. Stupid stuff that is out of my hands and I should just leave to the gods and I am leaving it to them but I'm still worrying. Shut UP!

I have to remember to take my medication. I have to remember to take it everyday, on time. It is fucking me up, this forgetting.
