I feel just a little unwell.

Something was said to me today, totally off hand as a joke. But it set off some of my fears and low self-esteem thinking. The statement wasn't even directly about me...but it was one of my biggest fears. It's totally knocked me off my rails for today. I have so much to do, to finish, stuff to put up on eBay, because I need to make some money for January rent.

I'm not going to retell the whole thing. Because I'll just get more and more upset as it rolls around and repeats in my head. But I feel bad. I feel very, very bad. I feel like just putting my face into a pillow and screaming and crying. But I can't. Not now.
