I finally, finally made contact with my friend to get a reiki treatment, yea! I'm going to go see him tomorrow night. Finally get my chakras realigned and get some of this stagnating energy drained off so I can get back to meditation on my own.

And he told me about a Beltane celebration at a mutual friends house! I've been to their bonfires before, they are awesome! This time I'm even going to take off two days, I have vacation time and a personal day I can use too. It'll be a mini-vacation for me. They have a beautiful piece of land on a state park, with a stone labyrinth, an outdoor amphitheater...they encourage friends to stay there overnight (it is Beltane, quite the party) and camp in their gorgeous backyard and have breakfast the next morning.

I think this will be quite restorative for me. And I'll get to dance!
